Postpartum Collective was created by founders Kristen Doezie & Jenna Rubie after years of watching women struggle through their postpartum phase. Both Registered Nurses with experience in Women's Health, they worked to create a curriculum that helps mothers, from all journeys of life, connect to their body, their baby, and the sacred traditions held across the world to honor mothers during this time.

Kristen & Jenna developed The Postpartum Collective with the understanding that who you are as a mother can lead to a deeper and more fulfilling understanding of who you are as a woman. Their mission is to help women in the postpartum phase rediscover their feminine wholeness and enter into the flow of self-love through nutrition, spirituality, and sexual health.

Our 6-week curriculum is a unique program designed for women in every walk of life, with every kind of schedule.

We seek to connect with women in any stage of pregnancy, although it is recommended to begin this program in your second trimester.

Each week you will receive:

-Pre-recorded video of Kristen & Jenna presenting information regarding the week's topic.

-A scheduled one hour group Zoom call with both Kristen & Jenna to provide further education and provide space for questions, as well as build community with other women.

-Essential oil recommendations to coincide with the weekly topic.

-Guided meditation to help you connect to the teachings

-A curated list of resources in your area to help further your education and experience.
